9. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Written notice of cancellation is required
  • Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to completed work
  • We reserve the right to cancel projects for non-payment or breach of agreement

10. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for our work, typically 30-90 days after project completion, during which we will fix any bugs or errors in the delivered work at no additional cost. Support beyond the warranty period may be available under a separate maintenance agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TC Portfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
